"A bright and clean room with comfy bed, good bathroom, and with tea and coffee making facilities as well. Stayed 2 nights and had a nice freshly cooked breakfast both mornings, also has cereals available too for those who want. Easy to get to the sea front, just a few minutes walk, and easily walkable along the promenade to the town centre and harbour (around 20 minutes from B&B to harbour, you could also get to the railway station in about half of that if coming by train). One of my main considerations when booking was the availability of parking, and this place has its own spaces for guest cars right outside (out of interest I looked at cost of parking outside the places facing the sea and its around £7 a night). All in all a good stay hosted by a very friendly couple, and at a very decent price too in a nice quiet area."

"Great location .Large comfortable room overlooking beach. Windows old and very draughty ,building a bit tired in places. WiFi non existent in room. Not a hotel problem, but Weymouth car parking charges astronomical!!"

"Great location easily accessible and short distance to the beach too. Things management would work on the toilet required several platelets to flush and the room went cold due to a window left open - which I forgot to close so not so bad :) will definitely recommend. And update if changes are implemented . Lovely host Andy by the way"

"Poor. Bed was not made up in room, bin full and room not ready. it was corrected and staff apologized. Rooms are hard to find and lifts are small and do not work properly! Housekeeping knocked on door early followed by maintenance which was not urgent and could have been done after checkout time. "

"A very welcome stop while walking the South West Coast Path. Room wasn't ready until about 16.00 (advised 15.00) but the staff were so friendly and welcoming, getting me a drink and genuinely apologetic for the wait. It happens - probably a full check out from the Saturday night and it was no hardship to sit in the garden in the sun. Loved the room. Very well equipped, in keeping with the location, great hot shower, loads of teas/coffees etc and the bed was amazing. Took advantage of the £12.00 offer on roasts after 17.00. Yes, no doubt not as good as would have been at lunch time but £12?! Breakfast next morning was lovely. Small Continental buffet but perfectly adequate, great coffee and nice hot offerings. Would love to go back!"
