"Great staff! Rooms are small but very cozy. Great pillows."

"We were given an economy twin room with shared bathroom when I booked a comfort twin room, at no point did I see in the booking that this option had a shared bathroom. I have never and would never book a shared bathroom. The shared bathroom door did not fully close and could only be locked with a hook on the door The room did not seem electrically safe and needed work on the walls as they were being held up with tape. We left after one night as to be honest neither the building or the room...

"My room was very clean and a good size. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping me throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location and on a safe street. I was expecting a kettle in my room as per the photos, but unfortunately they only provide these when guests stay more than 4 nights. The walls also weren’t very soundproof but it didn’t bother me too much. "

"This has to be one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in as bed was so comfortable & shower fantastic. You cannot beat the location. Situated in the Old Town of Nice & 5 mins to the beautiful Promenade Des Anglais. If we are lucky enough to come to Nice again this is where I would stay. Lovely helpful staff also. "

"Needs deep cleaning and update. Asked for water and they told us to use bathroom water for drinking. Hotel is waking distance to many cafes and restaurants. Staff not that helpful. They didn’t not offer any type of help in anything."
