From the moment I arrived, she offered such a warm and genuine welcome that instantly put me at ease — something I really appreciated as a solo traveller. Carla was supportive, approachable, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and her kindness made me feel truly looked after. It’s rare to meet someone who brings such warmth and professionalism to their role, and the hotel is very lucky to have her. She is a real asset to the team. Because of Carla, I would happily return to Hotel Vendôme. For any future travellers: if you have the pleasure of being greeted by Carla, you’ll be in very good hands. "Lovely hotel that sits in the center of Nice. Walkable to the shopping district and tons of restaurants and it’s easy access to tram and train as well. The bed is comfy (really helped us with he jet lag) and the front desk staff are super very friendly and helpful. "
