"Great location, just steps away from the Skylon Tower! The hotel is super close to everything, and the front desk staff was very friendly and helpful."

"If you are planning a trip to Niagara Falls, then this is by far the perfect location, along with the most friendly accommodating staff from the valet to the people that greet you as soon as you walk in the door to the elevator attenders to make sure the flow of traffic is smooth. The customer service is the best we have ever encountered! I had read reviews that people complained about the long lines for the free breakfast- the solution is get up early or go pay for your own breakfast! There were also complaints about the cost of valet, but you have a choice to park further away and pay a lot less, but if you’re on vacation, live it up and pay the extra to have your car parked! The room was super clean, beautiful and comfortable as we upgraded to the presidential suite and was worth every penny! You only live once!"

"The staff were friendly and helpful, our room had all the amenities we could wish for, it was clean, tidy, had bath and shower. The view… was just minded blowing… amazing. The wider hotel was grand and with restaurant, gift/amenities shop, Starbucks, lobby bar where they served a good range of bar snacks/small meals. On MZ level the restaurant we only use for breakfast, which was outstanding, a vest selection of hot and cold food, an omelette station. The food was lovely and it is well worth getting yourself out of bed for. We did eat in the lobby bar, and two snacks to share was enough with the grand array of drinks. Room Serivce was quick friendly and efficient, if you like a beer, we would recommend the beer bucket with a Canadian beer. The hotel also has a gym and pool included in your room cost, the Spa is an extra charge and one I would of been happy to pay but we ran out of time, the hotel is so close to the Falls that we did it all, the vernacular Railway, the under the Falls wall, Skylon tower, the boat trip into the Falls, but TBH we would of just been happy sitting in our room mesmerised by the sight of Niagara Falls for the rest of our lives! I can’t recommend this hotel enough we are without doubt coming back. "

"It is interesting setup for common area. Free parking and walking distance to the fall. Close to restaurants in Clifton Hill. Staff are very friendly. We enjoyed the stay."
