"I was staying at the hotel with my three children. The room became messy, so before leaving I asked one of the cleaning staff, to vacuum the room and remove the garbage. She said she would take care of it. However, when I returned, the room had not been cleaned and the garbage was still there. I had to call the front desk twice to request housekeeping. When I spoke with Melinda again, I felt that she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. I was disappointed with the housekeeping service and the way my concern was handled."
