"I have been staying at this hotel for many years. It is a great location quiet because it’s not on the highway I used to want to keep this place a secret it was the best place for your money for those of us who are not rich. It’s not a resort. It’s just a place to sleep clean and safe however they are going to tear it down and probably build a very expensive place that I won’t be able to afford and that’s a shame. I’m not poor, but I’m not filthy rich either. The parking used to be free however the past few years I’ve had to pay $15 a night just to park my car but some filthy Rich guy, bought the marina from what I hear and they are destroying it so many of the great restaurants are already gone so they can tear it down so sad"

"I spoke with Carl (I think that was his name), the general manager, before our trip as I was concerned about pet allergies. He was very helpful and made sure that we would be in a room that had never had animals stay in it. It was so amazing not to have to worry about that, and we had no issues with allergies during our stay. Alfonso and Isaiah were the night crew and they were both amazing! They asked how our day out was, gave us suggestions for food and told us what was nearby to meet our needs. They were both just very personable and helpful, we enjoyed all our interactions with them throughout our stay. Just wonderful customer service all around. Sean was who checked us out at the end of our stay, and he was great too. We were just very impressed with your staff, such a great bunch of people. We decided this would be our hotel for all our future visits to California. We look forward to our next stay with the entire family. Thank you, we are very satisfied with the great customer service you provided us. "

"I was really surprised by this hotel. Staff were so friendly. Outside is super cute. Amenities were great. The only reason complaint was cleanliness. The bathroom window seal was completely molded. Looks like no one has ever tried to clean it. The balcony was great but also needed to be swept, tons of dead bugs and trash etc. all in all, it was a great location that and the staff would be why we would stay here again! "
