"The cabin was conveniently located for easy access to Rocky Mountain National Park as well as to the local restaurants, shops, etc, yet private and with parking right in front. It was clean and well equipped with everything we needed."

"Reasonably priced 2 bedroom cabin with a nice kitchen, games, TV, fireplace and access to a nice restaurant by just crossing the bridge. We enjoyed our stay with the view of the hillside from the living room."
"Cabin had great amenities which we really didn’t use. We love staying off of Fall River area— close to town but in nature. The room was very clean and very kind owner! "
"Our stay at Castle Mountain Lodge was just so enjoyable! We loved the room, the different buildings in the property. The entry bridge that was lit up with beautiful white lights, a postcard scene for sure! The river partly frozen nearby. Just beautiful and the
surrounding area was awesome! The people who greeted us in the office, very friendly! Cookies were available or hot beverages. Nice little shop for souvenirs. Just a very lovely stay. "
"Pros: beautiful area, tons of Elk and other animals, close tu the National Park.
Cons: An older place. It was hard to know which plugs would work. It would help if the name Fawn Chalet Lower was listed in the description as we had a hard time finding it We did check in an hour early, but thought the unit would be ready for us. Things were clearly missed. No soap or shampoo conditioner were filled in the bathroom. Dishes were in the dishwasher and towels in the dryer. They ask you to wash the towels when you leave, but don't provide laundry soap? Only some burners on the stove worked. They didn't have enough utensils and some of the kitchen tools didn't work. It was super hot the first night and didn't have AC to cool the place down. It helped opening windows. We also couldn't get the fireplace to work. The book should have provided more details about everything. "
