Mattress and pillows were not comfortable for my taste, too firm, also the old heating systems makes a lot of noise, the floor and the tub cracks and makes noise due to old age … Needs updating, plus you can hear neighbors slamming their door and walking due to old age of building… Besides that it was a lovely hotel with great location, you can see mountains in the background, the Elk is so close to Estes Park!!! So gave it 4stars
