"Very good hotel. I say 8.5 out of 10. Clean, good location. I didn’t try their food. Elevators seem a bit slow during peak hours. Front desk staff would take a minute to acknowledge you even though they’re clearly doing things that can wait such as shredding papers or cleaning their work space. Other than that, I recommend it. "Very good location near to U-bahn and S-bahn stations. Also well located for Kudam shopping area. Staff were excellent and very friendly and helpful. Rooms were superb and comfortable and found the stay excellent value for money. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Berlin."
