The beach was absolutely disgusting with trash floating every as well as the pools next to the villa had broken edges that were cracked and uneven. When we were leaving we had someone come help us with our luggage and take us to the front desk but upon the staff member's arrival...

The service was great to check in people were absolutely lovely had a nice breakfast in the morning. The staff was very helpful. I got everything I wanted and you got a beautiful beach ride out front and you can walk up and down the beach to other resorts, so it's a lower price...

"The description said “gym” and there was no gym. The spa was closed as were most of the shops and restaurants in the vicinity (not their fault, likely as a result of Covid). Pleasant stay, nice hotel, nice staff. "

"We chose this hotel for one reason, and that is that it said ‘self service laundry facilities’ in the Wotif description. We came off a two day bike trip and a 3 day national park hike, so we had plenty of dirty clothes! The room was definitely not clean, tissues under the bed, sand on the floor throughout the room and bathroom and the toilet had actual poo-stain in the bowl! When we went to talk to the front desk to ask about the laundry the lady said they only had laundry facilities where...

"The staff was really helpful. All the bus was full for the next 3-4 days and the lady at the reception help us to book a train to be sure we can continue our travel. The food court at 2 minutes of walking is amazing ! We really enjoy our short stay! "
