The pool area was great. The restaurant was ok. The staff were all very kind and helpful. However, the rooms are dated and the beds were incredibly uncomfortable. Easily the most uncomfortable we have slept on in recent memory. The rooms lacked the comfort and quality that I would expect for the price tag of the rooms. We won’t be returning any time soon.

Absolutely the most affordable relaxing property the staff and suite were fantastic I could not get over the size and furnishings in the suite the bedroom overlooks the golf course with a nice balcony access!

Location was nice and price was reasonable but the hotel is older, run down and dated. Molding was missing in our bathroom room, shower was freezing cold and the patio was dirty. The room was very spacious and nice though. The kids loved the pool and it was nice have restaurant right there that was fairly decent to eat at.

Struggled with their burger restaurant a bit , kitchen was great, food was very good. The guy working the counter however was an absolute drama queen . Everything was followed by a sigh and an eye role. Pretty obvious he would have rather been anywhere else.

We had a great stay and will definitely be back. You can tell the property was excellent in its day but the place is a little rundown now. Still clean and comfortable but could use some updating and some paint especially in the pool area. The sport courts are barely usable. I think some of this is reflecting in the price so I was not at all disappointed in the place. The villas are perfect for a family and we plan on coming back for a longer stay next time.

Clean room great staff balcony was lovely parking a bit confused but figured it out. Only wish there had been a elevator or i would have taken a lower room i have mobilty issues. The internet was terrible also sutting off and the whirl tub in didn't work. Loved the laundry would have been nice to tell customers. Very nice staff

Although this place is starting to show a bit of wear and tear, it is only cosmetic. It is still a lovely, quiet and spacious place to stay, and the scenery is fantastic. The staff is extremely helpful. This is the second time that we have stayed here and will probably not be the last. Thank you for making our stay amazing.

This was an excellent family vacation hotel. We came with our Daughter Son in law and Grandchildren. They had a great time, for that reason I would recommend this location. The only issue I had was the poor maintenance. As a Facilities Manager myself, many items would have been quick and inexpensive repairs. Our suite had the laminate counters lifting, the kitchen sink ran only hot water in the mornings . The coffee table had a leg repaired with a screw that was too long which we found out when our 9 month old grand daughter almost put her hand on it. A greater attention to detail by maintenance staff is needed.

The fold out couch is broken and very uncomfortable, the blinds are missing slats and let light in every room and the handles on both doors leading out to the patio are broken. On the up side the appliances all work very well and the room was very clean.

The room is large, we were happy about the full-size kitchen, however, the bed and pillows were horrible, we did not sleep. My husband ended up trying to sleep on the couch instead. The carpets need to be cleaned. Major stains everywhere. Mold under the bathroom sink.
