I called to see if the pool was heated and was told it was.... When I got to the pool It was cold. I got in as far as my legs. The pool area itself was cold...which didn't help. Our room was clean, the toilet was having some issues and was not flushing well. We used the shuttle for the expo center that was great! Your drivers were very friendly! Snacks at ghe drsk were way too expensive! Breakfast was good! Overaĺl a pleasant experience
