Margaritaville Resort Casino
Stayed for a weekend of gambling and drinking, no big deal. Friendly staff all around. "I'll be back."

Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Shreveport
This is a clean older hotel that could use a little updating but the very staff was very friendly and the food was great. Our only compliant is that the hot tub was cold, other than that it is well worth the money.

Bally’s Shreveport Casino and Hotel
Upon arrival @ the hotel, the music was so LOUD in the unloading area that u couldn't hear what people were saying. I asked 2 people about this & they said they were aware of this problem, but the woman in charge would not lower the sound. All the other staff were very friendly & accommodating.
