Great place for what we needed. Our flight arrived to Fairbanks at 2:30am and the hotel shuttle picked us up shortly afterwards. We appreciated being able to get some sleep right away and enjoyed the full breakfast buffet when we got up.

The entire staff was amazing. They were kind and considerate and went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. Everyone from the shuttle driver, who picked us up at the airport at 3 am, to the breakfast staff member, who recommended a great dinner place, to the front desk staff member, who granted us a late checkout, made our stay great.

The breakfast was hot and varied, with fresh muffins! The room was pleasant and clean. However almost no kleenix left and no back up. I liked the lobby with displays of a stuffed wolf and grizzley. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. I would stay there again!

The hotel is in a great location! The staff were friendly and always helpful! The rooms are clean, although there were a few broken or damaged items. Free bottles of water are available, which is a plus, but the supply wasn’t restocked for nearly two days, leaving guests without any water – not even for a fee.
