"My room had some bugs. I was bitten by bugs about 12 times all over my body. It’s itching pretty bad.
And it’s really noisy.
I would not recommend this hotel."

"We reserved douple room with air-condition (was +35), got a room but It was changed and they told that they dont have douple rooms with A/C???? Ay The ensi we got 2 single rooms with A/C. Was a bit strange?"

"This is a Basic hotel, but exceeded that classification. Staff were helpful, air conditioning, breakfast exceed expectation. the breakfast looked over a large park and green area. After breakfast a nice walk in the park. Parking was OK once you found the location. Small bar on main floor. Basically offer everything that they said and often better. "
"There was nobody in this hotel. I never even saw a receptionist or any person. The bedroom was NOT clean at all.
There was not even enough towels and no shampoo or body wash. I wish they had told us about it before arriving."

"I appreciate this hotel every time I stay here. It has a quiet elegance that I enjoy. My room was in the Jagdschloss itself, and it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was wonderful and I appreciated the selection of pillows. I especially loved the nearby forest and lake, and the walking trails. I plan to return to the Jagdschloss Kranichstein and I recommend it to others. "
"had i known it was one of those places you have to check in alone with a machine i would haVE BOOKED ELSE WHERE BUT luckily there was a guy who happened to be there and was able to help me check in so there was no problem but i the past it has always been an unpleasant struggle to jump through the hoops of the self check in places "
