We travels to Darmstadr often and this is the best place my family of 6 stay at. Always friendly staff, smells wonderful, and awesome breakfast! Will always come back again! They also weren't lying about the great sleep you can get here!! I always sleep like a baby!!!

We had a wonderful stop over in this hotel. Feels brand new! The parking garage is 16 euros pr night; large spaces and we parked right next to the door. Check in took a little longer than needed but all in all it was fine. The room was great with enough space for the four of us; a large double bed and two single beds. In one row which was very cosy. Great and plenty coffee in the room and a great bathroom as well. Breakfast was very good, good and plenty options, good coffee and a nice space. The price was very reasonable and we will definitely return.

We had a pleasant stay at the Maritim Hotel Darmstadt. The hotel is clean, conveniently located next to the train station, and within walking distance of the city center. The rooms were clean, the mattress was very comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a small pool, which is nice for cooling off after a day out. The biggest downside is the parking garage. At €20 per night, you would expect a better-designed facility. The ceiling is very low, the spaces are narrow, and opening the trunk of an SUV can easily hit the ceiling and cause dents. It also took a while for the garage lights to switch on after we entered. Unfortunately, the EV charger didn’t work either—it started charging but stopped immediately with both our charging card and credit card. Overall, a great hotel with a fantastic location and breakfast, but the parking experience could definitely be improved.
