"This was my favorite hotel room I've ever stayed in. Gorgeous lighting, perfect decor, an in-wall fireplace. The beds were a dream. This was also the most incredible hotel breakfast experience we've ever had. Highly recommend."

However, the experience was somewhat diminished by unexpected extra charges and issues with shared amenities. With a bit more attention to guest fairness and security, this could be a much stronger stay."
