"This beautiful hotel is wonderfully located and is within walking distance to all the centro areas. The staff is helpful and kind, and the room is comfy and clean. Highly recommend staying here when you're in SMA."

"It was just okay. Even though I speak Spanish, and it seemed that the staff spoke no English they never explained what was included in the breakfast so I ordered extra, which was not very good. The coffee was very weak. They also insisted that I could not check in earlier than 3 PM however today when I was checking out or left the hotel at 10 AM and I had to go back at 11 AM. The room is already clean and available so why would they not or force me or anyone to wait for extra hours?"
