"Overall good service, except for unexpectedly closed restaurant inside the hotel (had planned dinner before a theatrical performance, but had to skip it). "This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will look forward to staying here again. The small points I consider the hotel may improve in are. The breakfast room was quite cold in the mornings during my stay. The breakfast room did not have any table spoons only tea spoons. The breakfast room used plastic beakers and not glasses.
