"Location and view"

"Have stayed here previously and overall it’s a good hotel. The room was fairly comfortable would say the bed is a bit hard for my liking. But the room and bathroom a good size. The breakfast is excellent. The negatives. The slot in the room that the card went in to give the room power hummed constantly. Did complain to reception but not sure if they did look at it. But at night it was annoying. Then the room we had was positioned above an extractor fan. This was turned on at 6 am every morning...

"A nice quiet location by the train station with local bus service to Assisi. The room was very clean and peaceful environment. The onsite restaurant is pretty good and the server is top notch (he seems to run both dinner and breakfast!). The wifi reception in my room was particularly bad and the staff wouldn't acknowledge that there would be any issue. But it's fast enough in the common area so that got me by."

"I would suggest for 4 star hotel I was surprised that no one assisted with our bags to be honest my Mum is Elderly woman and if other customers are around that staff would assist. Also i know was cool outside but was quite warm in the hotel to point was quite hot at night even though turned off the temp and opened window"

"Beautiful medieval town with modern amenities and great restaurants. Free parking is available in the garage by the cable car. "

"This is a unique property in the middle of a National Park. Yes the road leading up to it is winding and narrow and rutted but again it is in the middle of nowhere and we have driven roads like this all over Italy to get to beautiful places. Some of the outdoor areas are not as manicured as I’m sure they once were but overall the surrounding scenery more than makes up for it. "This is a nice boutique hotel in a countryside village in the heart of the Marche region, ideally located if you have a car and plan to move around. "Could NOT get room cooler. Adjusted AC on thermostat and also turned unit to lowest setting, but we roasted. Couldn’t open Windows because no screens against mosquitoes. Other than that, it was clean and spacious. Restaurant was quite nice for dinner, and breakfast buffet was generous and of good quality. I would recommend "
