"Breakfast was excellent. The staff was very nice and professional my only complaint was the refrigerator in my room did not work. I went to the front desk and she stored items I needed to keep cold in the refrigerator downstairs and said she would send up the maintenance man. To my knowledge no one came up. I also walked past her a number of times after letting her know it did not work and she said nothing to follow up. I had also informed her that there was no lotion in the dispenser in my room. She said she would have someone come up for that as well and no one ever came to fill it up. Other than those two complaints the pool was great, the rooms were clean and in good condition."

"My room was clean the only thing my bath mat underneath had little ants on it, staff was nice and welcoming, breakfast was really good, parking was great parked right near the door where my floor was for my room "

"Historic property is conveniently located in the business district of Williamsport, PA. The entire Hotel Staff is very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The property is old, but clean, well maintained, and under renovation. It has a pleasant turn-of-the-century vibe, which is noteworthy now but will be even better after the renovations are completed."

"The hotel is very cute and unique!! Everything was great EXCEPT the shower. The rainfall showerhead definitely needs replaced. There was no water coming from the center of the showerhead… Please also change from shower curtains to doors (or find a way to secure the shower curtains while in use) - the curtains kept blowing inward and sticking to me (which is gross)."

"This hotel was perfect for us. We had a roof top carrier on the car and were concerned about parking overnight. The hotel is situated in a remote area that is very quiet but a 7 minute drive to “civilization”. The hotel is very clean and there are many amenities, like a week stocked fitness center. Breakfast buffet was excellent! "
