"Nice hotel, good location, comfortable rooms. All amenities you can expect at a five star hotel. Couple of things surprised us: the spa and swimming pool is open to non-guests for a day pass. That made the pool extremely busy. Another surprise was after the concierge recommended the roof top to find out it is closed for an event. All in all good choice for a stay."

"I stayed for two nights in June 2026 and had a great stay at the Ritz. It’s in a really convenient location - the major sights are just a short cab ride away, and there’s a ferry landing that’s a short walk away if you want to explore the Asian side of Istanbul. The staff were very friendly and helpful - they helped us with dinner reservations, directions, booking tours, etc. Although I didn’t go, my husband enjoyed the Turkish bath/sauna at the spa/fitness center. Lastly, I’d recommend getting the Club Room access - we stopped by multiple times to refuel (snacks, breakfast, drinks, etc). The noise from the nearby stadium during a concert didn’t bother me, although traffic around the hotel was greatly impacted - that’s the only thing I’d keep in mind! Would definitely stay there again."

"First class hotel. Stayed 2 days and could have stayed longer. The rooms are 5 star, spotless and the staff maintained this at a very high level. The reception staff made our visit very easy . And the breakfast buffet is exceptionally good. Azize in reception and Kerem in dining room and Sergen were wonderful and thank you for a lovely experience. Well done to the Management here. This is a very well run hotel! Thank you !"
