"I've been staying at Relax Inn on and off for well over 8 years. All the rooms I've been in have been super clean, they've even upgraded the rooms over the years (new flooring/furnature etc). The staff has always been super friendly with me, often accommodating early check-ins or my request for preferred rooms. From Santa Monica to DTLA, the location is perfect for anything relevant in most of LA. For the superb location of the place alone, their prices are incredibly cheap. I'll add, some of...

To answer the phone when I called immediately and returned to all my calls and I like that, because I don't have to send around outside plus they had parking although it did cost $18. "Was there for one night. My tv didn’t wanna work with the remote they gave me but it was fine and water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Other than that it was quiet and I got some good sleep. Nice quiet place. Didn’t like they took $50 CASH deposits. So please take cash if you plan to stay. You do get it back once you check out "

"Those 2 people did not rent that room to me - after I arrived with a paid confirmed reservation. I believe they were racist as well as greedy for more money than what I paid w my membership. I witnessed them rent the room to other people. Also they were rude and nasty. They deserve a 0."
