"This was the nicest hotel and so accommodating for my two dogs. I was placed in a room that had no smell or excessive wear as many other pet rooms at other properties seem to do. Everything was wonderful. The breakfast was great! Highly recommend. "

"While we have frequented staying at this property in the past, this particular stay determined that we will no longer have a desire to stay there or recommend it. While we truly appreciated the room upgrade, it was offered after having multiple issues with the alternative rooms we were given after issues of cleanliness and still had a significant problem in the upgraded suite. There were other instances that did not put ease to our trip because of compromised situations on the property as well. Disappointed all around, especially based on previous enjoyable stays, but there has been a noticeable slow decline that no longer renders this property as desirable."

"We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. Waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before being told it was ready. The refrigerator was still full of food from previous people staying there. Clock on night stand hadn’t been changed since the time change. No coffee at the breakfast bar. Informed the desk since that was the only staff available. She was too busy looking at her phone to call for help. No orange juice. No one willing to get any either. Will find other accommodations on our next visit."

"Great stay! The staff at the front desk was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Upon arrival, our sink didn’t drain, but we told the front desk and they got right on it. We did find lots of hair stuck to the walls of the shower, that was not ours. We told the front desk at checkout and they took notes. We were only there for one night, so hopefully they’ll get it t cleaned up before the next guests arrive. On a brighter note…the breakfast was AMAZING with many options to choose from!! We’ll definitely be back when in the area."

"The pictures on the site are deceiving, room was much smaller than expected we traveled with our dog so needed to have room for her kennel wasn’t much space to move around it, the bathroom had visible water damage and mold spots, very outdated, mold in the hallway on carpet, smelled like pot everywhere. Breakfast was gone before 8:30 and no one was there to attend to the area. The ac was loud and sounded like rats running in the wall when kicked off. "

"Excellent breakfast and customer service!! Our flight was significantly delayed and the kind lady working the overnight shift helped us laugh. It makes a difference having good customer service!"

"The area is fairly desolate and far from downtown KC. The hotel is pretty and quiet and they said they were sold out. The rooms are nice and bargain priced. The casino restaurants all close very early, 8 pm. The website hours are wrong. There is also no valet or covered parking. No room service."

"A high quality hotel With the room spotless and spacious Could Walk to Royals game 5-10 mins -huge Breakfast buffet was the best I’ve ever seen and an on site chef who makes specials everyday A variety of all foods for all On site restaurant - didn’t make it to but very convenient Staff Very Helpful Outside look deceiving as could use some paint or fixing"
