"We had a great stay at Musto Suites, excellent location. Andrea was very charming and helpful, he served us a lovely breakfast. We had booked a double room but at check in, Andrea offered us a bigger room that was available, we appreciated the bigger space and could see ancient ruins from one of the windows. Definitely stay there again if we’re go to Naples."

"We only stayed here one night as Naples was just one leg of our journey. But It's Room Naples is now our go to hotel anytime we are staying in Naples. Convenient to all the shops and restaurants of Via San Gregorio Armeno. Very safe location."

"The bed was a full and not a queen. The pillow casing was dirty and there was pee on the toilet ring. We asked the host to bring us new pillow case and the key to the elevator that didn't work. It took her 6 hours to get us the pillow case (after asking 3 times) and we never got the elevator key so we had to walk the stairs 4 times.
Day after when asking for the elevator key again she said we can us 10 cent for the elevator and she didint pick up when we called. Only answered text messages.

"Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again. "

"La Gemma was a beautiful place to stay. The host, Gemma, was such a lovely and hospitable person, making us feel welcome the moment we booked. She went above and beyond with our room and booking, walking us through maps of the area and events happening during our stay. She was also so kind and playfor with our 1 year old, giving her toys and making her a balloon animal. Breakfast was tailored and delicious. Overall a fantastic stay."

"My stay at this hotel was overall positive. The staff were friendly and professional, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary mini bar was a nice convenience and added to the overall value. Breakfast was very good (9/10) with a solid variety of options and good quality food.
The main drawback was the in-room TV system. It was quite restrictive — there were no streaming or casting options, and no built-in apps such as YouTube or Netflix. For a hotel of this level, a more modern entertainment setup would be expected.
Aside from that, everything else met expectations, and the experience was pleasant overall.
Huge shoutout to the receptionist who checked us in (unfortunately I forgot her name but maybe Amalia?). She was super friendly and answered a lot of our questions regarding transportation and our stay there.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in Naples."
"Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot.
Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro.
Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi.
Would definitely stay here again.
Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!"
"The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally.
The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!"
