"Parking did not feel safe. I had a room on the first floor. There was a man screaming without a shirt for about 2 hours right outside my window. It took 2 hours for the cops to show up and take the man away from our window. "

"Staff not ok for the morning person. I stayed on the 4th floor room 420. On 3-25-26 at 6am I went to the elevator and pushed the button up came the elevator and door opened and I saw a man laying on the elevator floor passed out. I giggled him to see if he would move and he did. I went to the office and yelled and scream and no one would come out. I called the number to the front office and a guy came out and looked like he was sleeping. I told him about the guy in the elevator and told me he knew and said he was breathing. I said are going to do anything and he said no. So I called 911 and sent the police out for a welfare check. The next day on the 3-26-26 I arrived back at the motel and used the elevator to go to the 4 th floor and there where 3 police in the hallway. What kind of business is this? I will never stay there again and I should get a refund. "

"As a member of Hilton I am extremely disappointed in the experience I had at this hotel. From the initial interaction with the front desk agent with the entire morning staff, every staff member was rude and dismissive except for the Assistant GM and the lady that works the night shift. Upon arrival the first room we were given was not clean at all, there were nails on the dresser, hair all over the bathroom sink and the shower, bugs in the sink and on the walls, smelly hallways etc. and when asked for a room replacement we were met with attitude as if our request was an inconvenience. Along with these requests, we asked for a room clean service twice and did not receive it, which means for the entire duration of our stay our room was not cleaned or refreshed and our stay was a total of 3 nights. Overall, I would not recommend staying in this hotel. For reasons like not polite staffing, insufficient cleanliness, and the conditions of the hotel. "
