"The check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member was not very professional and did not explain basic information such as Wi-Fi access, breakfast, or other important hotel details.
The housekeeping staff was also quite impolite. When we returned to the room and needed to use the washroom while they were cleaning, their attitude made us feel uncomfortable and guilty, as though we were inconveniencing them in our own room."

"Stayed here for 4 nights. Its in a great area. Metro right around the corner. The Eiffle Tower is a 10 minute walk. Lots of great places to eat around the corner. Theres A/C for summer months. The single bed room is very small but works great for one person. Staff very nice and helpful. Would stay here again ! "
