"Shuttle from train station was very helpful. The concierge Luis was very helpful in explaining things to do and booking tickets for us. The hotel is beautiful with stunning views of the Matterhorn. "Loved this hotel in the picturesque village of Saas-Fee! Loved the bath robes, breakfast, and clean, airy space. I greatly appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Unfortunately, I had intended to book a hotel in Zermatt and didn't know that lots of hotels in Switzerland are called Schweizerhof--that's my fault not theirs, but just be aware. It's quite far from Zermatt but the village itself is worth exploring."
