European Side hotel rooms a the Millennium Hotels

"I have mixed feelings about this place. From the outside, the hotel looks very modern and impressive, but once you stay there it feels a bit unfinished. Some construction work is still going on behind the scenes. The room looks nice at first glance, but you can already notice some wear and tear in a few places. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay, which I appreciated. Breakfast was quite basic. It consisted mostly of pre-prepared cold items served on a plate, along with a boiled egg and some scrambled eggs. It’s okay for a quick meal, but don’t expect a large buffet or many options. The airport transfer service, however, was excellent. The shuttle to and from Istanbul Airport worked perfectly and was very convenient. That part was definitely 5-star with no complaints at all. Overall, the hotel is fine for a short stay near the airport, but it still feels a bit “half-baked” and could improve once everything is fully finished."

"The gentleman at the desk recognized that we were 2 old people who were exhausted after a horrible day dealing with the Istanbul airport. He offered us a menu for their restaurant and told us any time we wanted anything, just to call. They will prepare and deliver it. The room was immaculate. Scented soap, a large, sparkling clean shower, even scented toilet paper! We appreciated the soft linens, the comfortable bed and the quiet room decor. A call came later in the evening to remind us to be ready for the shuttle at 5am. When we were ready to leave, the owner apologized because breakfast wouldn't start until 8. He handed us a bag with 2 large,freshly prepared sandwiches and juice. The hospitality was warm and the service terrific. Thank you for your kindness! "

"The hotel is a short drive from the airport, we had dinner at the hotel, our order is not cooked onsite, it’s packed and delivered to the hotel. Taste is ok. "
