"Airport transfer was delayed but worked. It was cheaper to hail a cab on the way back to the airport and the cab was in the immediate area using Bitaksi. Hotel was fairly new, clean and staff were friendly. Close location to the airport so very convenient. Would recommend. "

"Hotel is about 20 min taxi ride from airport. Hotel arranged our transfer from airport ( was included with booking) and arranged transfer to airport for additional fee. All was done seamlessly. Breakfast was very simple. Room has a kettle and instant coffee and tea. Rooms are specious, updated. Locations is walkable to local stores, but not much to see. It serves the purpose of overnight stay for our transfer at Istanbul."

"Hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes from airport. Rooms are very clean and staff are welcoming and friendly. Our flight was very early which meant we would miss the breakfast time, so staff offered us a box lunch instead if we preferred so we'd have something to eat early in the morning - very thoughtful. Taxi's are plentiful and the staff will order one for you if you choose. Overall, from location to price to amenities and customer service, you can't go wrong with this hotel."

My mother is very meticulous and picky about cleanliness and comfort, yet she felt extremely comfortable and was truly happy with her stay. The staff were incredibly kind, caring, and generous with their hospitality and treats. They made us feel completely at home — like our home in Istanbul. "we had to leave before breakfast. AC worked well. Ordered dinner from "restaurant" and take was delivered from who knows where. we specifically asked if restaurant open and told yes, then take out arrived 45 min after we ordered. some mold in corners of shower, but otherwise room clean. quiet at night"
