"The place was very Charming and had a lot of character. Everything was very clean and had all the necessities. The only thing that was a bit of a bummer was the jacuzzi tub was not functional and after walking up and down all of those hills would have felt very nice. The hostess is a very sweet lady. Will stay again."
"We LOVED staying at this property! It was more than enough space for us and every little detail was though of for our stay. It was a wonderful experience in all areas! "

Basin Park Hotel and Spa
10/10 Excellent
"Easy check in. Nice and big room with a jetted tub. Room was very clean. Tub was nice! Fun old hotel atmosphere, very close to shopping and hotels. Loved the location. Parking lot shuttle was very convenient and easy to use. Restaurant hotel had good food, nice balcony overlooking the shops. FYI 18% fee/ tip is already included in the restaurant total."
"Our stay at this rustic cabin hotel was very positive. Check-in and check-out were smooth and easy.
The room was clean, beds were comfortable, and we felt safe and secure.
A minor area for improvement was the property's general cleanup, especially the pool area. For three days, pine needles accumulated on the deck, and the pool could have used cleaning. It wasn't unusable, but better upkeep would enhance the experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The prices were excellent, offering great value. I would definitely stay here again."
"Wonderful stay for our 50th anniversary. Met up with our kids and grandkids. Plenty of activities for all ages. Shuttle service is great as everything is downhill from the hotel."
