It is clear the owners take pride in maintaining a good property and grounds. The room wasn't large, but it was clean and had a mini fridge. Not at all the fault of the hotel, but our only concern was the motorcyclist that make loud noises, but that was mostly during daytime hours. I turned the AC fan to constantly on high and that helped some. The Blue trolley route stops just out front (and the yellow nearby). We would stay again.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. I loved having my coffee sitting on the walkway outside our door. And, as a bonus, it's right across the street from the best breakfast spot in Eureka Springs!
