"If walking to the property from Zurich HB, walk and take the tram down to paradeplatz, then walk over going past Zeughauskeller restaurant. This is the most efficient way and easier if carrying luggage. Google maps won’t suggest this "

"The rooms are extra massive, overall service was quite warm and friendly. The hotel is in a very quiet area of the city. Proximity to the shopping district was quite convenient."

"Excellent location in proximity to Zürich HB, and a short walk down the river to Lake Zürich.
Very well curated hotel with an excellent bar.
The only downside is that in their endeavour for lean luxury, there is no way to communicate with the hotel reception once in the room due to absence of room phone.
They could easily have a WhatsApp number that a guest could conveniently contact. As I was travelling with my young daughter, not having in-room connectivity with the reception was a big deal for me, as if I needed anything at all, I had to take her down to the reception with me, as leaving a child alone in the room is not safe."

It’s easily accessible and tons of dining options around… our room was little outdated but was very quiet and had all the necessary items. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. "The renovations to this property are tremendous - wonderful set of improvements for a well situated, higher end experience in Santa Monica for a correctly priced hotel.
