"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very helpful. As there were renovations ongoing there obviously was some disruption. Water was suddenly cut off in the morning without any warning. We felt that the manager could have warned us of this in advance. We had to wait half an hour for it to be turned back on. There was also black bits of debris coming out of the pipes once it was turned on. The rest of the staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was secure."

"Perfect for our 4 night stay. Made to feel welcome by the staff all of whom were very friendly and obliging. Although the restaurant was closed breakfast was available and had a good choice of breakfast items. There was a bar restaurant on the ground floor in which meals could be had. The spa area looked inviting but we didn't have time to try as we were out all day. The room was very comfortable with a small lounge area and comfortable beds. An excellent shower and toilet layout. The room temperature was acceptable not to hot, not to cold and with a window to open and no noise from outside made for a perfect night's sleep. We would most certainly use this hotel again if we were in the area."

"Lovely reception, and friendly staff. Quite quirkily decorated, but the room was a nice size and the shower great. The toilet was in a very small room in the en-suite - easier to leave the door open. Breakfast was DIY - bread, pastries, cheese and meats, fruit and an option to boil your own egg. Parking outside is not expensive - read the times when it is free too! Easy walk to the main square I would recommend if you are visiting Cambrai."

"Good stop over hotel with ample parking. Staff very helpful and friendly. The manager is also looking to improve the hotel. We chose a small room which was very small especially having a dog. However, it served a purpose. Excellent shower. Restaurant adjacent for which you get a 15% discount. Food was fine but we didn't find the staff that friendly."
