"Très déçus de notre séjour, en raison du manque de souplesse, d'écoute et surtout de sens de l'accueil. Avant notre arrivée, nous avions contacté l'établissement afin de savoir s'il était possible d'accéder à la chambre un peu plus tôt. La chambre n'étant disponible qu'à 17 h, nous espérions qu'une solution pourrait être envisagée, d'autant plus que l'établissement n'était pas complet.
