"The location (right behind La Seu Cathedral of Palma) is perfect. The building the hotel is in was built in the 15th century and has been in the Cirera family for 300 years. This history is visible in the hotel while still looking very well maintained and polished. The design of the rooms fit very well with the history of the building. All the staff were polite and friendly The reception staff were knowledgeable and went out of their way to assist you with any queries you had The breakfast were well presented with a great choice to choose from. The only complaint I had was that the hot food in the containers could have been hotter as there was no evidence of any heaters on them"
