As a senior, this facility was very remote when touring the island and driving on the left side of the road was challenging at times. "So, the view was beautiful! But, the “resort” as a whole left much to be desired. We killed 4 cockroaches in our room, the sheets were never changed, just folded. The pool only had towels once & the 2 times we ordered from the restaurant it took 1.5 hours to get. When we got our food it was cold. The second time it was 8 pm and since the “resort” is so remote we decided to get food there. Took an hour exactly for 3 chicken tacos, an order of fries and a salad lol. Spent $3000 to have roaches, cold food, no towels, no room service nothing. I know they’re tearing this resort down and building a new one but if the same people own it I wouldn’t book here. Tried calling the # provided to have food delivered and they kept declining the call lol. Could have booked anywhere else on the island and received better treatment."
