Pool was closed for “beautification” purposes which was a real bummer. WiFi only worked in the bar area & TV could not be used because WiFi did not work in room. Other than the above, we had no complaints whatsoever. Beach was a 30 second walk from our room, staff super friendly, food and entertainment was phenomenal!

It was off-season and as such, they were doing offseason renovations and cleanup, but only minor inconvenience. Starr at the front desk was super nice, responsive and helpful with suggestions. KG at the bar was great. Alfredo sauce on the fettucine dish at the onsite restaurant was the best I've ever eaten. Would recommend again once renovations are complete, but location and access to beach phenomenal.

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our visit. A special thank you to Star at the front desk, who went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. She was so kind, attentive, and helpful during our entire stay. Sheniyah at the bar was also amazing! She provided great service and had such a warm and welcoming personality. I truly enjoyed interacting with her. I also had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager, who was absolutely lovely. She was kind, personable, and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, my daughter and I had a fantastic time. The hospitality, cleanliness, and wonderful staff made our stay memorable. We will definitely be booking again! Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a great experience. ❤️

Their pool apparently has been shut down for a couple years. There’s old faded, yellow caution, tape around most of the property. The rooms were dirty, including mold in the bathroom, ants on the furniture and a filthy floor that made your feet black. The bed was crunchy and creaky. There’s no restaurant just outdoor bar food. Everything was in disrepair and filthy. We stayed one night and left first thing in the morning. We had been booked through a package with Expedia for five nights. Extremely disappointed and angry.

The food at The Palms Resort was good, and overall the stay ended up being okay. However, the first room we were given was dirty and had roaches, which was very disappointing. After bringing the issue to the staff’s attention, they moved us to another room the following day. The second room was much cleaner and definitely made the rest of our stay better. One thing I found inconvenient is that there are no phones in the rooms, so if you need to contact the front desk, you have to physically walk down there. Overall, I’d rate my stay a 6.5/10. The room change helped improve the experience, but the condition of the first room definitely affected my overall impression.

2nd time to stay here in last 6 months. Rooms are clean, A/C and ceiling fans keep room cool. The bed is comfortable. It’s an older hotel that they are trying to update. Would/will stay there again. Also, for St Croix, the price is reasonable. Did not eat at restaurant so I can’t comment on that.
