"First stay in a hostel and it beat expectations. Had private washrooms and shared kitchen. Other residents were great. in that they made room in the fridge for some of our stuff and were nice and pleasant to a couple of old travelers. Safe and Clean, Perfect for passing through"
"Excellent stay only 20 mins drive from the historic town of Guimaraes. We had a beautiful double room with a fantasic view down into the valley. The gardens are beautiful, breakfast includes fresh orange juice from the orange trees in the garden. Claudino is very generous with his time and knowledge. "
"We checked in and immediately was appalled at the smell our room had. A combination of BO and whatever chemical/cleaning solution they used to try to mask it. The AC was not working properly and opening windows did not help (street view room).

"Beautiful hotel but you need to tell them you have dogs. We started with a beautiful room but had to move to a cabin outside which was noisy due to garden work then a little cottage which was quickly prepared for us but was cold due to the time of year"
