"The check-in was very simple and we were pleased to walk into a nice, clean room. Our visit was less than 24 hours so we were not able to explore the area too much. The location was great as we were able to walk from the train station to the hotel and out again for dinner. Also, the hotel staff communicated very quickly with any questions I had using WhatsApp. Thank you, Smartr Atocha Reina Sofia!"

"A beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We especially liked the breakfast; a great buffet and you could choose one option from the menu. The library was a very comfortable place to sit and unwind after a day exploring Madrid. The staff were happy to bring a drink to us too. We slept very well in the huge bed. We’d happily return if in the area again. "
