Check-in is a hassle could be simplified. From morning getting messages from staff o plan it and they won't turn up on time. Waited 30min in 4C. Key to the building entrance, as others mentioned, does not work easily. Other guests struggled with getting in. Room looks superficially clean. Check your socks though :) dust and hairs. Walls are super thin, you hear everything. Shower is miniature, flooded the bathroom floor and corridor. Staff seems caring though. Just probably too much for them to manage.
