"The food and exterior is fine but the hotel shows the ages on it."

"Breakfast wasn’t good. Been here may times years back use to be buffet breakfast now you can’t choice anything same Menu for every one Very basic breakfast no options to choice. Air conditioning work very poor need to be updated as well. Room was ok but a little outdated no upgrades in the last 15yeas that I been visiting same run down furnitures. Staff is very friendly. There was a big inconvenience this stay there was no potable running water for an entire day. Clerk at front desk claim water pump was broken advise them that this issue is unacceptable they should have. Back up pump installed in case main pump fail. "

"Ac was not working. Jacuzzi was not working. Faucets in the property do not work. Even the soap was watered down, showing it was cheaply maintained. This really takes from a vacation vibe. No housekeeping whatsoever. Dead bugs everywhere. Not sanitary. No housekeeping at all during stay"

"Property designed and made for people Who want to relax.Well kept, limited menu and my only suggestion is to stop calling the guest to their rooms to remind the different eating times. It can be interrupting and is unnecessary. Decorations are very will developed in Costa Rican style and very fine test. Wi fi is excelente and the best of the resort is the personnel, just and outstanding group people. Woul have liked a wider range of options to choose from. Climate is fresh and a little humid but very characteristic of the area and not to the point of feeling uncomfortable. The quiality of the food, although limited, well preseted and very tasty. If I had to spend time relaxing and with family or my partner looking for rest and quiet, it’s very recomendable. "

"I loved our stay. The only reason we gave the resort four stars instead of five is because the room simple but clean. The hotel is rustic, but if you want to see wildlife, there is nothing better. Troops of Howler monkeys fill the trees above. Birds are continually chattering and screeching to one another. Just sitting at the restaurant, you will see more animals than walking for hours at the national park The food at the restaurant was excellent. I particularly enjoyed their award-winning pizza. I would definitely go back again. Great value for the experience."
