Hotels with Swimming Pool in Escondido Junction, Oceanside

"Stayed here for almost a week while my son attended Marine Leadership courses in Vista. Hotel had a rigid check in process. Drove in from AZ (6hrs) and wanted to check in at 2pm vs. 4pm. I was asked to return at 4. No worries, I went to a local spot called Peabodys and had some snacks and beer. Room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. Breakfast was the same each day but it was a good selection. Pool was nice and so was hot tub. Good location to nice restaurants. However, if you want to walk to them, you will have to walk up and down the hotel driveway which I appropriately named..."Apetitie Hill". "

"The rooms are spacious and set up really well. We had a kitchen, full size couch, king size bed and large walk in shower. The location was great and easy to get where you need to go. "

"Usually a good stay. The only odd thing this time was there were no wash clothes. Wr had to use hand towels, which is awkward. We stayed two nights so the morning after our first night I went to the office to ask for wash clothes. We got back that afternoon and there was one. There were two of us checked into the room. Not sure if we were supposed to share. My husband had to use a hand towel again. "
