"Room was clean, a/c was loud, person at the desk during the day was not so friendly , evening girl was nice. Hotel needs to supply coffee and at least some type of free breakfast. Parking was adequate. Close to water and activities. "

"This hotel worked out really great for us for our 2-day retreat. Very close proximity to the Oceanside pier, restaurants, and a nice place to go for long walks. Will come back again!"

"Geat stay, it was a staging point for my trip to DISNEYLAND, breakfeast was OK, Starbucks and gas station plus other stores on walking distance, made a great hotel for staging purposes, NO COMPLAINS. room was clean and great space, front desk was awsome, I recomend the stay"

"I guess there is still construction because they’re still renovating the other half of the buildings, but there is definitely a lot of things they still need to work on a.k.a. probably a new paint job. Elevator needs to be tuned up and looked at a little bit. Y’all need to have more luggage carts. Also, you should put in your room descriptions that you don’t have microwaves anymore since it’s the second time that I’ve come to the new property now and was not able to get a microwave since y’all said the rooms don’t have them anymore. Other than that, I’ll probably be there in the next four months again. Staff is very friendly and welcoming."

"Rosa at the front desk was so kind and helpful....however we had a problem with one of the managers...not sure what her name was but we made a complaint with the front desk about her. She was very rude and made us feel very uncomfortable throughout our stay."

"I liked that they had different breakfast options everyday . I appreciated that they opened the pool and hot tub a little early when they saw my granddaughter out there ready to swim even though the gate was still locked. I told her we needed to wait, but the maintenance guy knew she was ready, so he let us in an hour early. He made a 3 year old very happy."
