"Hotel is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Wonderful breakfast. Also really well situated with metro 2 minutes walk and most city sightseeing an easy walk away. We will be returning "

"The hotel was very pleasant .It has a restaurant and small bar area .The breakfast was ok but much of the same stuff most of the time .Sometimes the food was a bit cold and over cooked even though we went for breakfast at different times . There is not much around the hotel area at all apart from the FC Porto football ground but taxis are only 6 euro to the centre. "

"The staff at the reception refused to give more towel because she was alone that night. The housekeeping staff opened the window for us to dry my clothes. The housekeeping staff did a good job but not the front desk staff."

"No Ac in rooms!! Although the description mentions ac included so this is totally a misleading. The staff always try to make excuses they say AC works only on summer time but we stayed at April when the temperatures are already 25 degrees, and windows cannot be open fully, only 20cm. Breakfast was decent, but opened at 7am although their info shows 6:30am and their excuse: “are you sure you go to the right place?” We are not stupid and there is only one restaurant. Overall we were very disappointed "

"Hotel de diseño con vistas estupendas al Duero. Tiene dos piscinas pequeñas, y un gimnasio y spa también pequeños, pero suficientes. El restaurante Raiva ofrece una comida y un servicio excelentes. El sumiller, Pedro, se portó especialmente bien con nosotros, explicando los vinos de la región y teniendo un trato muy amable. El hotel ofrece diversas actividades, como paseos por el Duero, excursiones, etc. Un lugar estupendo para relajarse y desconectar unos días."
