"Really nice place, very clean and welcoming. The breakfast was especially good!"

"The staff was very helpful, polite and professional. What a great location, the parking and breakfast was good. The room was well kept and I was very happy with it. I would absolutely recommend those visiting this area to consider staying here as it is also very charming. I also enjoyed waking up early to watch the sunrise, it was great place to see it."

"Very nice room. Access to the thermal pool was great."

"Lovely hotel and staff - very clean and friendly "

"Great place to stay when visiting the area. Breakfast very basic. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this location. Originally we were only going to stay one night but then ended up staying an additional two nights. The property was beautiful and conveniently located. The whole staff treated us like family specially Agnes. She was amazing. She was so helpful and even booked our dinner reservations one night. She’s the reason that we had no hesitation booking additional nights"

"It is such a beautiful house and we were made to feel so welcome by Andre and Suzanne. Breakfast was superb, restaurant recommendation was great, we couldn't fault anything"

What really put me off, though, was the general atmosphere. Some of the other guests seemed… off. A few were lingering in the hallways at...

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Paula at the front desk was very friendly and helpful."

"This is hands down one of the prettiest and coolest properties you can stay in, in rural Portugal. The property, room and pool and service was amazing, but the town itself situated in is also just one of the coolest experiences. So many handmade items included in your stay and available to purchase. The host is amazing, super friendly and laid back. The grounds were beautiful, unique and has so much character. We stayed here for a night after taking the train into Pochino and it was one of the...

"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special. The house is a gorgeous restoration—easily one of the most beautiful spaces we've stayed in. The hospitality was warm, generous, and sincere. We were treated to a taste of Moncorvo’s traditional regional culture. Perfect location for exploring the Coa Valley rock art and the Douro wine region. 10/10!"Andre and Susanna have created a stay that is unique and special.
