"We booked a room with balcony and got one without, although we payed a much higher price and it was in the description (we have screenshots!). We only had a milky window, so no view of the outside at all! "The property itself isn’t bad considering is a very old building, everything was clean and we liked that, however the musty smell coming out from the kitchen’s faucet was really bad!!
