The check in girl was surly and I’m not surprised as every guest trying to enter had problems. I did not receive entry instructions. It was stressful. On a lesser note. The staff- ALL by were courteous and helpful. They seem to enjoy working at The Grand Art Hotel. The breakfasts, although expensive at €35 pp were worth it! And the gourmet restau “Olio” was very refined.
