"I arrived at night and left early morning. I appreciated the shuttle convenience and regular runs but the evening shuttle I was on was less than good. It smelled of cigarettes, had no shock absorption on the pot holed roads and the engine light was on on the dashboard. I had concerns about a breakdown as did other passengers on the shuttle. The room was clean, pillows, sheets and covers were clean and the bathroom was spotless. "
