"Very nice stay as always at a Dann Carlton property. Comfortable bed. Linens could use updated. Water pressure excellent and plenty of hot water. Restaurants are good 43 Street is excellent. Breakfast buffet was perfect for me. Lots of good fruit. Pool is nice and big and clean with a lot of loungers and tables with umbrellas. Location is perfect. Lots within walking distance. I highly recommend."

"had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The reception staff was extremely unprofessional and unhelpful from the moment I arrived. Customer service was practically nonexistent, and every simple request felt like a problem for them. The room itself was dirty and clearly not cleaned properly before check-in. The bathroom was not maintained well, and the overall condition of the hotel did not match the expectations or the price paid. On top of that, the hotel seems to charge extra fees for everything, which made the entire stay stressful instead of enjoyable. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort, professionalism, or decent hospitality."
