"We requested an accessible room. Much confusion over reserving one though several available and were made available. Room was a king bed with a very heavy quilt-cover for a blanket which was quite uncomfortable. A simple sheet was the alternative which required increasing the room heat to avoid feeling cold while trying to sleep. A normal blanket is needed. No normal upholstered chair with arms was furnished in this room. There was a desk chair and an armless straight chair neither of which was useful for an upright sleeper. Plenty of towels were available which helped clean up the water straying from the curbless shower. Two redeeming items were a very complete hot/cold breakfast bar; and very helpful, cheerful employees! "

"Was pretty small room, couple. We had a king standard. The room was set up pretty interesting, but I'm sure it helps with noise. We were there on a Friday to Saturday check out. It was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable, I am someone who looks at reviews. Bed being comfortable and quiet hotel is the most important to me. We did not eat for breakfast as it is fairly expensive in my opinion. we went to a beignet coffee shop a block over. The room or hallway smelt of weed when i arrived, I let the front desk know. Didn't want to get charged for something that wasn't me. I didn't mind and told them we didn't need to move rooms but to be made aware. That same staff member was the one to check me in, was a little stand off-ish or awkward, was strange. Almost came of as not welcoming, another older couple arrived Infront of me. They thought the same thing. Witnessed another staff member for the bar ignore the couple in front of me; when she asked where the restroom was. First impressions weren't the greatest, but overall just there to sleep so it was okay."

"I never write reviews, but this time I feel it is necessary! The receptionist at check in was awesome and the coffee in the lobby was delicious! At first glance the room is as pictured in the app. The building is secure, as you need your key card to open the outside doors. But that is the extent of the positive aspects of this hotel! For second floor rooms, the wagons they provide to assist in getting your luggage to the room are not helpful, as they don’t have an elevator. I couldn’t use the back entrance, because the key card sensor looked like it had been removed and had exposed wires hanging…. For the actual room itself, starting with the kitchen… The pictures only show the cabinets fully stocked with dishes for 4, however we only had a couple of each item. There was an oven in the room, but didn’t have a single baking sheet or oven safe dish to cook in. The coffee pot had a filter with moldy grounds and build up in the pot itself. One of the glasses in the cabinet looked like it had some brown, sticky soda spots in the bottom. As for the rest of the rooms, there were just a few things here and there…. We didn’t pull out the sofa bed, but the recliner had what I assume to be a red wine stain down the whole side of the arm rest. The shower curtain had some black and red spots on it. Other than that the linens and beds were clean. They didn’t enforce any quiet times as stated… kept up til after 2 and got woke up at 6. At check out we waited 15 minutes for them to show up."
