"In town from Atlanta to see a comedy show in Chattanooga for the weekend. I was really disappointed in general with the hotel. I love the area, although there is high construction near by, it wasn’t an issue. Good eateries and shops around as well. Courtyard area was nice with chairs and the fireplace/fire-pit. Hotel does not have elevators!!! However upon check-in walking into the lobby, there was a portable air unit that was sitting up on a table or some object, blowing air toward the check in desk. Check-in was fast and the young lady was very nice. Room was clean and had a pleasant smell to it as well. However, in front of the sink was a wet spot around 10-12” in diameter. I checked under the sink and could find where the water was coming from. Later on we discovered that if the shower head is turned toward the bathroom door and the curtain not pulled, then it lets water run from the bathroom area into front part of the sink area. Ok no problem, just call to the front desk to have the water removed! Unfortunately the phone in the room did not work. No dial tone or anything. Next morning we saw the housekeeper and asked for more hand towels for the room around 9am. Came back to the room around 3pm and no towels and room was not done. She even asked us if we were leaving for the day and we said yes. Came back from being out the night around 1am and on my 1 of the 2 keys worked, Fortunately, we had put the 2nd key in her purse. Just not happy overall with the stay."

"Burn spots on floor walls dirty sheets were old bathroom fan smoked then pooed and burnt smell didn't work again . Holes in the walls and the curtains had duct tape on them to cover hole. I would recommend not staying there at all. The outside wasn't to bad until walked out of room and saw a person 💩 on side of building between motel and waffle House. Never never again I'll stay at super 8 motel."
