"Room and breakfast are great"

"Room was okay. Staff would not allow my 18 & 19 year olds to be in a separate room. If under 21, they required us to have an adult in the room ...even if you are in the next room. Bathroom door wouldn't stay closed and blinds did not keep out the lights from the parking lot. They didn't have curtains. Sink dripped loudly. We put a wash cloth in the sink and it softened the noise. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. No lobby or place to meet others. No breakfast. It was very clean and and in a safe area. The air worked well. Price was fair. It had a small kitchette area with a full size fridge."

"When we checked in the room they gave us was not ready. The smell of urine hit yours nose when you open the door. The double beds were not pushed in its place or even had sheets on them. Dirty hand towels and hangers were on the mattress and counters. The phone was unplugged and out of place. The screen to the vent of dangling off. We asked for a different room and the front desk girl was super nice and apologized. The new room was cleaned and ready to go. However, the floor of the shower looked like it needed to be scrubbed better. The AC barley let out any air. We ended up going to Target to buy a fan. No refrigerators in the room so also had to buy a water bottle so that we can have some cold water. The vending machines and ice machines worked but you had to go to the office to get them. Motel is in a great part of town and good neighborhood but the hotel its self needs some work. Other people were outside most of the day as I am assuming they were having AC issues as well. We will NOT be staying here again."

"Dogs running around without lashes. Peeing everywhere. 2nd floor carpet off the elevator smell terrible. No shampoo. I had to ask front desk. No tissue paper had to use toilet paper. No housekeeping. Fight broke out in the lobby over a dog not on a lash and the person at counter just watched and did nothing. No police were called ... just terrible. Overall, just terrible. Felt like I was in East St Louis."

"Horrible for the price. I paid $155 for a Saturday night. It should have been an $80 room. Shower dripped all night. Deodorant or something chucky and white on the comforter, so it obviously was not cleaned. Barely any toilet on roll and no extra. I had to hunt down someone to get a roll. Hole in the wall in bathroom, sink comming apart from the wall. Breakfast horrible. Chair in the Breakfast area had food in the cracks of the chair, it was disgusting. I could not even sit back in the chair."
